How can we help? 
Sprach Institut Cebu prepares applicants for the Start Deutsch 1 &/or 2 exams by a systematically structured learning process utilizing exercise books, text books, visual aids, and audio files all based on the GER (Gemeinsamer Europäischer Referenzrahmen - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR). Students will be trained to be able to read, write, comprehend and speak the German language and respond to accordingly when addressed in German. SIC also offers free coaching sessions at the end of a course as a preparation for these examinations.

Sprach Institut-Cebu joined the first German Christmas Market in the Philippines, organized by the Goethe Institut & Schulen: Partner der Zukunft, held at 'The Terraces' in Ayala Center, Cebu City last December 12-13, 2009.
Oktoberfest
On October 3, 2009 Sprach Institut-Cebu hosted the annual celebration of the Oktoberfest together with another poetry night at the Royal Concourse. Students and teachers read their poetic compositions, presented a song or a dance number. A raffle draw was also held on this night. Congratulations to Grace Cortes for winning the A2 scholarship.
GI DaF Seminar
Held last October 24-25, 2009; the title of this year's seminar was: Lehrerfortbildung: Lerner aktivierender Deutschunterricht and was hosted by Stefan Häring. This two-day seminar was held at the City Garden Hotel in Ma
kati, Manila and was organized & sponsored by the Goethe Institut Philippines.
Alumni Conference
H. E. Christian Ludwig Weber-Lortsch, the German Ambassador in the Philippines, opened the First Filipino and German Marine Science Meeting at the Parklane International Hotel in Cebu City last November 6, 2007.
